About the Role: Neami National is seeking an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Health Practitioner to provide culturally safe, person-centred support for adults experiencing mental health and social and emotional wellbeing challenges. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions, develop care plans, and strengthen community connections. This role involves: Delivering culturally adapted support to promote strong SEWB and prevent escalation of mental health issues. Providing assessment, referral, and follow-up care within and outside the centre. Contributing to clinical pathways, care plans, and service improvement initiatives. Supporting a positive team culture and mentoring colleagues with cultural knowledge.
