The Principal Health Informatics will lead the Informatics team in the analysis and reporting of health data to improve health outcomes for NT residents; and will support population legislated registries with technical advice that improves data management and timeliness. The role coordinates between IT and clinical teams, manages project timelines, and ensure that health informatic solutions addresses the needs of Public Health Division and other related stakeholders in NT Health. The Health Informatics team is focussed on operational reporting to support public health surveillance and help frontline clinicians to drive excellence and efficiency in care.
