About You We're looking for a sales superstar to run our Richmond showroom! Working well independently, you're confident in building rapport with new clients and enjoy learning about the products you're selling. You're passionate, have previous experience in sales - particularly in a specified/technical area (HVAC, Flame products, Building industry etc) and you're looking for a full time role where you can really make your mark. You'll have a good working knowledge of some computer programs (email, CRM/quoting etc) and be happy to master phone and data processing systems. You'll love providing great customer service and have a passion for helping people find just the right thing for their home. About the Role This is a full time position driving the results of our fireplace and outdoor showroom. The showroom serves both direct customers and those within the building and design industry. Primary duties include managing all sales and customer enquiries - either in the showroom or via phone or email. You'll need to capture and follow up leads, link customers with other parts of the business including customer support, spare parts or commercial sales. You'll be responsible for processing some sales on site as well as placing orders when needed for those requiring delivery and installation. This role is responsible for the secure opening and closing of the site on most days, and ensuring all OH&S processes are following throughout the day. About Ignite Based in Richmond, VIC, Ignite Fireplace & Outdoor Studio is a customer & commercial facing showroom. Specializing in gas and electric fireplaces, outdoor kitchens and BBQs as well as outdoor heating, we're looking for our next team member to help deliver great advice and fantastic customer service.
