As a GR8 Property Manager your role would include: Listing properties for lease and liaising with owners, tenants, and stakeholders Handling tenancy applications and sign ups Advising owners on market updates and rent reviews Building strong relationships with tenants and owners Outsourcing routine inspections and Property Condition Reports. Managing property maintenance Following up arrears Inputting information into office processes We’re looking for someone who has: Property Management registration 2 years experience in property management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Customer service-oriented approach Proficiency in PropertyMe and other management software Attention to detail and organisational skills Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus, but not essential.
