Metroll, a leading manufacturer of metal roofing, rainwater, fencing and structural products is seeking a reliable, focused and committed person to join our Internal Sales/Customer Service team at Pakenham on a full time basis. This opportunity is available for immediate commencement. About the role This role is primarily a key point of contact for all our customers handling customer orders, enquiries, service issues and all sales related tasks. Key responsibilities are listed below but not limited to Printing and keying in sales orders for both roofing and sheds Record and review time-off requests for delivery Manage all next day orders are keyed in by defined cut-off time Review order confirmations done by sales team for keying error, zero discount, missing freight charges etc., and send it to customers as soon as its checked Answering phone calls, pass messages or sort out issues with relevant team member Assisting sales reps on quotations, account opening or any sales related works when they are off-site Assisting branch manager and accounts personnel while reviewing customer credit request Managing Purchase orders raised from sales orders keyed for buy-in items Liaise with customers regarding any service issues or complaints Raise purchase orders in pronto as required Ensure all the sales orders received in the day are keyed in pronto irrespective of due dates and not just the next day orders Initiate and complete the back-order process, notify customers with an ETA Informing customers with revised ETA if ever we are not able to meet their delivery requirement due to truck break-down or machine break-down etc., Other ad-hoc duties as required by Site manager as part of business requirement To be successful you will need to have the following: Can do attitude Ability to work solo or in team environment Industry knowledge preferred however not essential Ability to work in a faced passed environment
