As they continue to scale across enterprise markets, they are looking to expand their Implementation team with several Lead Payroll Implementation Consultants. The Opportunity In this senior client-facing role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of payroll solutions for large enterprise clients, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to KPIs. Key Responsibilities Deliver full-cycle payroll implementations using the company’s SAP-based platform Facilitate blueprinting workshops to gather and analyse client requirements Design and document payroll solutions tailored to client needs, including business and technical specifications Manage project deliverables to ensure timely and accurate delivery Support clients through UAT, parallel testing, data mapping/conversion, go-live, and post-launch support Develop training documentation and facilitate end-user training sessions as needed Liaise with key stakeholders and escalate project issues (e.g., risks, scope changes) to the Project Manager About You Proven experience in end-to-end HCM or payroll implementation projects Strong working knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and award interpretation Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with SAP is highly desirable but not essential Confidence running client workshops and delivering training Strong project management and documentation skills Why Join?
