You’ll join a refreshed operations group working closely with Operations and Production Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders united by one mission: to drive performance, reliability, and growth. ️ What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a multi-trade maintenance team (electrical, mechanical, infrastructure). Own the site’s maintenance strategy: reactive, preventative, and shutdown planning . Manage contractors, WHS compliance, and site safety systems (isolations, LOTO, inductions). Improve CMMS systems (MEX, SAP, Pronto or similar). Partner with senior leaders on plant upgrades and major capital projects . What We’re Looking For Electrical or Mechanical trade/engineering qualification (Diploma). Proven leadership as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing/industrial site. Background in shift-based or 24/7 production environments. Strong WHS mindset — safe, structured, and accountable. Hands-on leader who can build systems and improve processes. Confident managing both tradespeople and external contractors. Salary & Hours $150,000 - $200,000 Super Monday to Friday, day shift (with on-call as required).
