Key Responsibilities: Preparation and cleaning of metal surfaces ready for coating Applying powder coating to meet production and quality standards Performing touch-ups and quality inspections to ensure a flawless finish Maintain equipment and work areas in line with safety and environmental standards Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines Skills and Experience: Success in this role will require the following: Previous Powder Coating experience is essential Good communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team Effective organising skills to ensure efficiency of jobs Forklift licence preferred (not essential) Personal Attributes: We are looking for someone who is: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
