The roles are targeting results oriented performers are would be suitable for people with backgrounds on the following: - New Apartment Development - $80m - $250k plus - New Build & Refurb/Fit-Out projects on projects to $20m - $180k neg As Project Manager you will take responsibility for the ultimate delivery of the contract works whilst meeting and exceeding client expectations and company objectives (Safety, Program and Commercial) relating to the project. You will manage the client and stakeholder relationship and provide leadership to committed site teams. These positions are with successful companies who have a positive forward work outlook and strong industry reputations. To suit these roles it is expected you have experience as a Project Manager working with recognisable builders in Melbourne, ideally on similar projects. You will have a strong construction knowledge, the ability to lead a team and have advanced problem solving abilities in a site environment.
