We’re partnering with a major builder developer delivering one of the Gold Coast’s largest and most high-profile developments — a landmark twin-tower project rising over 50 storeys in Broadbeach. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Structures Foreman to play a key role in the delivery of a major high-rise project with a Tier 1-standard site team and robust delivery systems. The Project: A large-scale mixed-use residential development exceeding $800M, featuring premium apartments, luxury amenity, and a complex concrete structure. With basement levels, podium, and dual towers. The Role: You’ll oversee all structural works, coordinating with site engineers, subcontractors, and the broader delivery team to ensure quality, safety, and program are maintained. You’ll report to the Site Manager and work closely with a highly experienced Project Manager who has delivered multiple Tier 1-scale high-rises. This role suits a foreman who thrives in complex, high-rise environments and takes pride in precision and team leadership.
