Operating from a purpose-built facility in Arundel, the team works across all makes and models of caravans — handling everything from accident repairs and insurance work to upgrades and accessories. About The Opportunity Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be part of a team of 7 Caravan Repair Technicians who perform a wide range of caravan repairs and upgrade tasks to a high professional standard. You will be given a clear scope of work on caravans, camper vans and motorhomes, with support and technical guidance from our experienced Workshop Manager. About You The successful candidate will have: Experience with diagnosing & repairing a range of caravan-related issues (e.g. electrical, plumbing, structural repairs, etc.) Experience with removing & replacing fixtures (e.g. windows, doors, hatches, solar panels, antennas etc.) Ability to remove & refit accessories with care and neat workmanship Workshop experience including experience with range of power tools & experience working to a job card An excellent eye for detail (identify, repair, and cleanup) Strong work ethic Minimum 1-2 years qualified trade and/or workshop experience required Forklift license and/or drivers license is desirable You’ll bring a can-do attitude, take pride in your work, and thrive in a team where communication, quality, and reliability matter.
