About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to perform a wide range of caravan repairs and upgrade tasks to a high professional standard while maintaining safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Operations and Workshop Manager, your responsibilities will include: Diagnose and repair caravan electrical, plumbing, structural, and mechanical faults Service axles, brakes, bearings, suspension, and repair leaks Fit and replace fixtures such as awnings, windows, doors, hatches, and solar panels Perform body repairs, recladding, refinishing, and upgrade installations (e.g. 12V systems, appliances) Work from job cards, ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and customer satisfaction About You The successful candidate will have: 1–2 years’ experience in a trade or workshop (caravan, automotive, fabrication, or mechanical preferred) Forklift and/or QLD driver’s licence desirable; trade qualification advantageous Strong mechanical aptitude and confident with hand and power tools Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship Positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude You’ll bring a can-do attitude, take pride in your work, and thrive in a team where communication, quality, and reliability matter.
