About the Role As a Trainer Assessor, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality learning and development programs for our team across the North Fitzroy and our newly opened Preston Depot. This includes everything from driver induction and on-road assessments to mentoring and guiding staff to achieve their best. What We’re Looking For We’re after someone with an engaging personality, a strong customer focus, and a love for training. You’ll need: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) – essential. A Medium Rigid Driver's Licence – required, with a willingness to obtain a Heavy Rigid Licence. Experience as a driver trainer and the ability to connect with a variety of learners. A passion for continuous improvement and professional development. What’s in It for You?
