Job Description The Role We are now looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join the team; someone who is able to drive the team in delivering data analysis and reports, develop and managing dashboards, maintain data integrity and have the ability to continually improve the company’s analytical processes and methods. Someone able to extract data requirements from the wider business, influence the direction of data models and lead the analytics function to deliver high quality analysis. You will be responsible for: Build and maintain analytics and reporting from data sourced from Snowplow, Google Ads, Financial Systems, and internal data sources. Drive the technical vision and elevate best practices across the analytics function, mentoring and developing analysts Maintenance and expansion of product, marketing, financial, commercial, and customer reporting using Bigquery. Database management and data operations including liaising with Data Engineers to develop and maintain views with our data warehouse. Monitor and identify actionable insights to help improve marketing systems and site performance. Support and build data models with the data platforms team.
