This position is responsible for verifying and maintaining records related to casual staff working rights, visa status, Working with Children Checks (WWCC), and professional qualifications and accreditations. Operating within a centralised HR team, the role supports institutional integrity, student safety, and regulatory compliance by proactively managing credentialing processes and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The P&C Coordinator contributes to a culture of accountability and excellence by assisting with ensuring all casual staff meet employment standards and legislative requirements. This includes developing both immediate tactical solutions and long-term strategic improvements to ensure the University's processes are robust, compliant, and efficient. Total remuneration valued to $112,625 - $120,977 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $95,170 - $102,227 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
