This leadership role is responsible for mentoring and developing a dynamic documentation team, ensuring all export operations are completed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with international regulations. Reporting to our General Manager – Logistics , this position will oversee the end-to-end export documentation process, maintain up-to-date regulatory knowledge across global markets, and ensure the seamless execution of documentation activities. Additionally, the role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives, optimising internal systems, and enhancing the service performance of the Export Documentation team. The successful candidate will act as the key point of escalation for export documentation issues and play a critical role in facilitating effective engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
