This is a permanent full time position based at our Rocklea Depot. Key Responsibilities: Assign drivers and organise schedules for deliveries. Coordinate and oversee bookings using TMS (Transport Management System). Proficient in fatigue and fleet management practices. Collaborate with other fleet allocators, Warehouse manager, Operations administration, and Yard teams. Oversee compliance with Minus 1 Safety protocols and procedures. Experience: At least 2 years experience in the logistics industry Strong experience in transport allocating preferably in chilled transport Knowledge of TMS system and Freight 2020 About you: Solid previous transport allocating experience is a must Awareness of driver fatigue Sound computer knowledge Strong attention to detail and time management skills Strong on health and safety standards Proactive, forward thinking and the ability to problem solve Ability to work in fast-paced environments and in a team Fantastic customer service skills Sounds like you?
