If you’re looking to advance your career in Medical Reception, we are seeking a Full-Time Radiology Reception Supervisor to join our team at our Berwick branch. Hours will vary between 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday-Friday. The responsibilities of the successful applicant include, but are not limited to: Creating a great first impression when greeting patients, referring doctors and other industry associates, both face-to-face and over the phone. Receiving and entering patients on arrival and processing Medicare/DVA invoices. Answering incoming telephone calls – making computerised appointments, general enquiries, taking detailed messages for doctors and other staff members, and allocating calls to the appropriate staff member. General administrative work (scanning/faxing/emailing etc.). Ensuring work flow is conducted in a correct and timely manner. Opening/closing of the branches. Managing the day-to-day reception functions. Training and mentoring new and less experienced staff. Ensuring reception staff comply with Company Policies and Procedures. Assisting the Reception Manager with the management of reception staff, including recruitment support. We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated applicants with: Strong leadership skills. Excellent attention to detail. Highly organised with strong communication skills. Over 2 years of experience in the Diagnostic Imaging industry (preferred). Professional presentation and demeanour. Strong knowledge of billing codes. Passion for training and mentoring others. Commitment to high work performance standards and patient care. Resilience, energy, and motivation. Approachable and supportive attitude. Professional approach to interactions with referring doctors/clinics, patients, technical staff, management, and employees.
