About the Role: Are you a proactive and organised professional who loves keeping things ticking over smoothly? We’re on the lookout for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Directors and help manage the day-to-day running of our business. You’ll be the go-to person for the Directors, handling their calendars, emails, and appointments. You’ll also help out across other teams — including Accounts, Events, HR, and Facilities — making sure everything runs like clockwork. Key Responsibilities: Manage Directors’ calendars, schedule meetings, and handle communications Draft emails and company-wide updates on behalf of Directors Support Accounts with expense tracking and payment processing Plan and coordinate events and travel arrangements, both local and overseas Keep on top of office supplies, facilities management, and vendor relationships Assist HR with employment contracts and onboarding paperwork Create visual materials such as flyers and presentations using Canva Organise gifts, hampers, and staff recognition initiatives What We’re After: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or senior admin support Exceptional organisational skills and great attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication High level of discretion and professionalism Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Canva, Slack, and similar tools Able to multitask, work independently, and stay calm under pressure If you think you are the right person for this role, please apply online.
