Description Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Sealant/Adhesive sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Maintain and manage the Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast territory. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customised solutions that meet client needs. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's offerings. Profile A successful Business Development Manager should have: Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the Industrial/Manufacturing sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills. The ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. A results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
