You'll support the Project Architects in front-end design, feasibility studies, planning for Masterplanned Communities across Australia (NSW/VIC/WA/QLD). Your responsibilities will include: Provide assistance in ensuring that the design complies with all Mirvac fitness-for-purpose standards Learn and comply with regulatory requirements Work co-operatively with the design team Participate in sales and settlement events in order to appreciate the viewpoint of the end user (customer). Provide assistance to the Design team as directed by Architect/Project Architect Assist in filing procedures and documentation processes Assist in proper archiving of all relevant project data on completion Prepare documentation for consultants and sub-contractors as directed Establish documentation format and content in conjunction with the Project Architect Keep up to date with best practice design in conjunction with Mirvac objectives Keep up to date with best practice sustainable design initiatives in alignment with project objectives What Sets You Apart We are seeking a Graduate Architect or Technical Drafter with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercial architectural firm or home developer. To succeed in this role, you will have: Proven experience working on Class 1 building (town homes) or small commercial buildings Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) Solid drafting and documentation experience Relevant tertiary qualifications (Tafe or University Degree) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment A flexible approach and strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes Apply now!
