The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, willing to work across a wide variety of sectors, have strong communication and presentation skills, experience in managing small teams, and run projects using 3D modelling software, including Revit. Moir Studio is an established, ambitious design practice delivering landscape architecture, urban design and renewal, master planning and strategic projects across Australia. We are market leaders in the field of landscape and visual impact for renewable energy projects, carrying out wide-ranging assessments throughout Australia. This role will engage you with a diverse portfolio of projects, from metropolitan neighbourhoods to regional transformation. It encompasses managing deliverables and budget, team and project management, report writing, travel, and building relationships with clients. The role will also include opportunities to work alongside our Newcastle studio. What the role involves: Exposure to a variety of exciting projects in regional, metropolitan, national, and coastal locations Digesting briefs, programming and monitoring work and leading a team of graduate and project landscape architectsClient management and preparation of proposals and briefs Producing reports and technical reviewCollaborating with clients, co-consultants and government authorities Actively contributing to our culture and leadership Who we are looking for:7 years of industry experience working in landscape architectureA degree in Landscape Architecture or related fieldsHighly proficient in Revit and CAD-based programs; Experienced with Rhino, Enscape and Adobe SuiteExperience with Grasshopper and GIS software is advantageous Demonstrated experience in leading a team with a focus on programming and efficiency.Experience in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.Aptitude to lead and provide landscape architectural inputs on large, multi-staged and multidisciplinary projects.Experience writing proposals and contributing to submissions.Strong interpersonal skills to build solid working relationships internally and with key stakeholders and clients.Excellent design and technical skills, with the ability to translate concepts into practical solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, authorities, and project teams What we offer: Moir Studio is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace.
