Receptionist FT and permanent, located Newton, suit candidate who has at least 6 months of administrative and/or receptionist experience Role: FT and permanent RECEPTIONIST Location: Newton (100% office-based position) Industry : Construction Services Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 8.30am to 4.30pm with half hour lunch Reporting to : Administration Manager Typical Day to Day duties: Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails Greet and assist visitors, clients, and contractors in a courteous and professional manner Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, mail, and courier services Scanning and filing of documents and completed job packs Prepare job packs and send purchase orders as directed by the office or project managers Support accounts and administration team as required Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception and shared areas Monitor and order office and kitchen supplies Interact with tradespeople, clients, suppliers, and administrative staff To be considered for this role, you will have: At least 6 months of experience working in an office environment as a receptionist and/or administrator Experience with MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel Previous experience with MYOB is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided A keen, enthusiastic and can do' attitude Driver/own vehicle - Please note that the office is based on an industrial estate, and is therefore not so easily accessible via public transport This is a good opportunity to work with a well-established company, with a great culture who promote good work life balance.
