About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Site Manager to lead the newly established Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across Cairns, Innisfail, and outreach locations including Port Douglas, Edmonton, and potentially Tully. Reporting to the National Employment Services Manager, you will lead and develop a team of seven staff (including Employment Officers, a Customised Employment Specialist, Employment Support Mentor, and Administration support) while driving high-quality service delivery and growth of the program in Far North Queensland. Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing service delivery across multiple sites in the Cairns region Driving performance to achieve program outcomes, compliance, and quality standards Coaching, mentoring, and developing a values-driven team Building strong relationships with employers, community organisations, and stakeholders to create inclusive job opportunities Supporting program growth through caseload expansion and outreach services About You We are seeking an engaging and purpose-driven leader with: 3–5 years’ leadership experience, ideally in a management role Background in employment services, disability services, or a related sector Strong people management and coaching capability Proven track record in meeting performance and compliance outcomes Ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on, operational leadership Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills A current driver’s licence, National Police Check, and Working with Children/Vulnerable People clearance (or ability to obtain) are required.
