Canberra Metro : advising the sponsors to the successful Canberra Metro consortium in relation to Stage 1 and subsequently on the augmentation with Stage 2A of the ACT Capital Metro PPP, including developing a successful model for ringfencing the completed, financed project Stage 1 while funding the new Stage 2A.
