Wood is recruiting for an E&I Technician (Oil & Gas - Offshore) to join our Operations business in Perth, as we ramp up for a major Turnaround in 2026 for one of our key clients. Mobilisation dates are staggered with opportunities to commence early into the new year 2026. If you would like to play a key role and be part of a fast-growing offshore crew, then this could be the one for you. This is a casual contract on a 3:3 FIFO roster with 12-hour day or night shift. Responsibilities You will have: A strong commitment to safety Ability to pass an offshore pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen Proven experience working in Oil & Gas offshore industry in maintenance and turnarounds An ability to communicate well at all levels Qualifications What makes you remarkable? Electrical Trade Cert (Cert III/Cert IV) EEHA – 3-year validity WA Electrical Workers License Provide First Aid – 3-year validity CPR/LVR – 1 year validity BOSIET/T-BOSIET or FOET with CA-EBS (Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System) MSIC (Maritime Security Identification Card) Desirable: Escape Chute – 4-year validity Swagelok (Desirable) – 3-year validity Gast Test Atmospheres – 3 year validity Working Safely at Heights – 2 years validity What will set you apart will be proven experience working in Oil & Gas industry on an offshore asset.
