Eminence Energy is an up-and-coming electrical contractor supporting Tier-1 mining and resources clients across Western Australia. We are seeking an Electrical Project Coordinator to play a hands-on role in supporting the planning and delivery of projects across construction, shutdowns, commissioning, and maintenance scopes. This position is Perth-based , with travel to site as required, and offers an excellent pathway for a motivated electrician or supervisor looking to step into project management. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate electrical projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. Provide technical input and hands-on support where required to maintain productivity and safe delivery. Prepare and review work packs, permits, and compliance documentation. Support project managers with resourcing, logistics, and reporting. Liaise with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication. Contribute to mentoring and developing junior team members. Assist with estimating and developing tender packages, including cost breakdowns, scope clarifications, and supplier/subcontractor engagement. Support procurement activities, including supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and timely delivery of materials/equipment. What We're Looking For: WA Electrical Licence with strong site-based experience in mining or resources. Minimum of 3-5 years of site-based experience in mining or resources is required. Previous exposure to project coordination, estimating, procurement, or tendering. Some hands-on experience in project coordination, estimating, procurement, or tendering is required. Strong understanding of AS/NZS 3000, WAER, and mining electrical compliance requirements. Organised, detail-focused, and effective communicator.
