We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our multi-disciplinary team focused on unlocking value from the Microsoft Apps ecosystem. This role involves developing Microsoft applications including PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and emerging Microsoft services, while also providing first and second level support. About the role You will bring your expertise in solution design, technical implementation, development, and customer support to deliver impactful outcomes. You’ll be accountable for: Developing secure, scalable solutions aligned with approved architecture and design standards. Integrating automated testing into build and release pipelines and performing additional testing when needed. Keeping documentation up to date and sharing knowledge across teams. Coordinating technical issue resolution across stakeholders and escalating when necessary. Applying delivery standards and best practices across all projects. Supporting and mentoring a community of citizen developers using the Microsoft platform. Assisting with business analysis and documentation tasks. Creating reusable design patterns and guardrails to guide citizen developers. What We’re Looking For: A degree in a technology-related field is preferred. 3 years of hands-on experience developing with Microsoft platforms including Dynamics, PowerApps, and Power BI/Fabric. 3 years of experience building and deploying application pipelines using Azure DevOps. Proven ability to design innovative solutions for complex business needs and automate processes. Strong documentation skills, including writing functional and technical specifications. Experience working in cross-functional teams.
