Job Description In this role you will: Provide Level 1 IT support in a large and growing corporate environment Deliver exceptional customer service via remote channels including phone and instant messaging Interpret technical information in a clear, user-friendly way Accurately capture and document user issues in the Service Delivery tool Identify repeat issues and escalate risks to IT management Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives Support asset management of client devices Skills you’ll bring You’re a natural communicator with a strong customer service mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy helping people solve problems — whether it’s over the phone, via chat, or face-to-face. You also bring: Previous experience in a remote support or call centre environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts Relevant tertiary qualification and/or work experience, or currently studying IT or customer service-related fields Familiarity with Microsoft enterprise tools (Windows 10, Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune UEM) Ability to troubleshoot Windows OS, Office suites, hardware, and networking issues A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work outside standard hours when required What's in it for you?
