Female Disability Support Workers Nextt are seeking reliable and passionate Female Disability Support Workers to support clients across two SIL homes in Highfields. Our clients need assistance with personal care, manual handling, medication, domestic tasks, and community access. Support needs vary and may include intellectual and physical disabilities, mobility challenges, and communication support. Interests include music, movies, games, reading, community outings, and sensory activities. Your role is to provide consistent, person-centred care that builds independence, daily living skills, and meaningful connections.
