Perks: Comprehensive training and professional development programmes Mobile and laptop provided Career progression opportunities – your growth is their priority A fun, collaborative team environment where everyone works together A supportive company culture that invests in its people Exposure to diverse client environments and technologies Roles and Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, resolving a wide range of IT issues Perform onsite visits to client locations across Perth when required Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems Implement and maintain network infrastructure and systems Configure and deploy new equipment and solutions for clients Assist with project implementations and technology rollouts Provide escalation support and collaborate with senior technicians Create and maintain accurate technical documentation Proactively monitor systems and identify potential technical issues before they impact clients Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure excellent service delivery Manage support tickets through to resolution using MSP tools and platforms Role Requirements: Prior experience in an IT support role, ideally within a managed services environment Current driver's licence and reliable transportation for client visits Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Willingness to learn and develop technical skills continuously Certifications such as CompTIA A, Network, or equivalent are highly regarded Technologies You Will Be Working With: Windows Server environments (2012) Virtualisation platforms (VMware ESXi, Hyper-V) Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 administration Backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis, StorageCraft) VoIP systems (3CX or similar) Firewall technologies (Sophos, SonicWall, Cyberoam) Active Directory and Group Policy management Remote support tools and ticketing systems Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) We appreciate your interest in this opportunity.
