Job Description What You’ll Do: Sales Leadership Partner with in-market sales teams and distributors to develop and execute growth strategies Prioritize sales initiatives across markets to maximize sustainable, long-term growth Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as agreed Develop market-specific pricing recommendations that optimize profitability while supporting growth objectives Coordinate with production teams to align supply volumes and lead times with customer demand Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with technical/compliance teams to ensure full regulatory adherence in all markets Collaborate with R&D to launch and adapt products for local market preferences and requirements Seek out new potential distribution partners and negotiate complex distribution agreements Establish distributor KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews to exceed in country results Design and recommend promotional strategies that balance growth acceleration with profit targets Strategic Planning Conduct market analysis to identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats Provide regular reporting on market performance, trends, and forecasts Build and maintain strong personal relationships with key distributors and retail partners Build profitable business models within each market, inclusive of marketing and promotional plans.
