As the Regional Sales Manager for the Northern Region (NSW, ACT, QLD & NT ), you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Ricoh's Sales Teams (Direct and Indirect) across all B2B customer segments and portfolios. Reporting to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, t his senior leadership position is both customer and people-centric, requiring a dynamic leader who thrives on building strong relationships, mentoring talent, and driving performance. You will be responsible for : S ales operations across multiple branches, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. Guide, inspire and challenge to exceed customer expectations. Leading and supporting your region to deliver positive sales results through meeting KPIs while maintaining a high-quality customer experience . Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand Ricoh's Commercial, Government and Enterprise customer base and strengthen our presence Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, business partners, and stakeholders. Seek new business opportunities, secure contracts, and collaborate with the Marketing team to promote the Ricoh brand within the region. Manage budgets, forecasts , and regularly report actual performance against budget, including variance analyses and revised projections. Set performance objectives to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. To be successful in this role: What you will bring: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior sales leadership position. Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams or sites, achieving KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture. Extensive experience in budget management and setting performance objectives . Extensive experience in sales leadership management, forecasting and setting performance objectives. Strong leadership skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex operational issues. A commercial and customer centric mindset.
