This isn’t a typical role where you just follow a brief. This is a mix of hands on content generation, working closely with our people and thought leadership where you will make a genuine impact and be responsible for showing the world why Fairness Really does Feel Good. What You’ll Do Develop and own the evolution of our employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy Create compelling content (think videos, articles, and social campaigns) that tells the authentic story of our people. Lead and grow our ‘AFCA-nite’ employee advocacy program, turning our team into our best storytellers. Define and track the metrics that matter, measuring the ROI of our employer brand initiatives. Manage and elevate our careers channels, including our careers site, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn Life Page. Build our talent pipelines through smart, data-driven CRM strategies.
