Job summary: Looking for candidates available to work: Monday: Morning, Afternoon Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon Thursday: Morning, Afternoon Friday: Morning, Afternoon Expected salary: $25 - $30 per hour The role requires an individual that can work in a team and autonomously. The role requires a knowledge base for machinery structure and problem-solving skills plus strong organisational skills to manage multitasking and an administrative skill set. Strong computer skills needed to ensure systems are kept up to date for business efficiencies. Customer service skills needed for internal and external customers. · Strong computer literacy · Strong customer service skills for internal and external customers · Ability to prioritise daily tasks as needed · Adjust Job Card Report · Monitor outside calls coming in and direct calls accordingly · Enter workshop supplier invoices and charge jobs · Book in job repairs for small engine units · Complete handover of equipment to mechanics includes communication of relevant information on job · Filing end of day, end of month, supplier invoices and closed job cards paperwork as required · Collate supplier statements ready for payment · Register Stihl warranties daily · Entering job cards into X2 · Complete workshop reports · Create invoices purchases for shop (non profit) · Tag new equipment ready for the workshop · Check invoices against statements for all brands except Kubota and Stihl · Maintain and update safety lists and machinery on site for workshop records · Follow up with customers to come collect their machinery or arrange delivery
