This is a full-time role where you will manage a well-maintained folio of 120 properties, with administrative and team support. You’ll be responsible for: Managing a portfolio of residential properties. Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships. Coordinating leasing, inspections, and maintenance. Ensuring compliance and delivering a high standard of service. About You Experience in Property Management preferred (a current QLD Real Estate Certificate is essential). Strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive, solution-focused mindset. Team player with the drive to grow alongside a thriving business. Drivers license and own vehicle essential.
