About the role This permanent, full-time Lifestyle Coordinator role at Pathways Health Management based in Northbridge, WA presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults. As a Lifestyle Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing engaging programs and activities that enrich the daily lives of our aged care residents. What you'll be doing Develop and coordinate a diverse range of lifestyle activities and programs tailored to the interests and needs of our aged care residents Facilitate group activities, outings, and one-on-one interactions to promote physical, mental, and social wellbeing Collaborate with the care team to understand residents' needs and preferences, and adjust programs accordingly Maintain detailed records and provide regular reporting on resident participation and outcomes Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the lifestyle program and introduce new initiatives Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for residents What we're looking for Relevant tertiary qualifications in aged care, leisure and lifestyle, or a related field Previous experience in a lifestyle coordination or activities officer role within an aged care setting Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of older adults Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with residents, families, and the care team Strong organisation and time management skills, with the capacity to multitask and prioritise effectively Passion for enhancing the quality of life for older adults and a genuine commitment to person-centred care What we offer At Pathways Health Management, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
