Your New Opportunity: As a site-based Mining Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations, leading a crew of 10-19 operators to meet production targets safely. Reporting to the Mining Superintendent, this FIFO role from Perth follows a 2/1 dayshift/ nightshift roster: on a job with stability. What You'll Do : Overseeing and managing our assets, including people, plant, and equipment, to achieve operational outcomes in safety, quality, performance, efficiency, and cost Conducting regular site inspections and daily interactions with the workforce Providing technical and practical support to operators Ensuring team output and KPIs are on track, in line with Company objectives Maintaining and fostering a working environment that prompts safety in all that we do, whilst also providing outstanding service Your Qualifications & Experience: 5 years in Mining/Production. 2 years of supervisory experience in open-pit mining. Hands-on mobile plant experience. Section 44 and Statutory – Schedule 26 (or working towards certification). Valid National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
