TheDriveGroup has partnered with a large Australian organisation currently embarking on a Payroll Transformation. This will be a multi year transformation going from 5 legacy platforms. You will be managing and mentoring a team of 6 people initially which will likely grow. They are looking for someone that is comfortable in rolling up their sleeves where needed and has been through the complexities of Payroll Transformation. To be successful you MUST HAVE: 7 years Business Analysis Manager experience End-toEnd System life cycle Payroll Transformation Strong Stakeholder Management Proven managerial experience of Process/ Business Analysts Implement Best Practices delivery Framework Strategic Planning and change management I have a full JD that I can share. This will be a two stage interview process and hybrid working arrangement.
