About the Role We are seeking a Finance Systems Implementation Specialist with strong Sage ERP expertise to join a high-profile finance transformation project. This is a hands-on role that combines system implementation, data migration, and process optimisation to help shape the finance function of a dynamic, fast-paced organisation in the education sector. You’ll work closely with the finance team and a global project team to implement and optimise finance systems, ensuring best practice processes and seamless reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and optimisation of Sage ERP for the Australian operation. Drive data migration, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Support requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement across finance and business teams. Provide guidance on best practices and system processes. Collaborate with finance colleagues to configure systems, develop reporting templates, and ensure alignment with global standards. Assist with testing, training, and adoption to ensure a smooth go-live. Key Skills & Experience Sage ERP subject matter expertise – Sage Intacct Experience in data migration, optimisation, and process improvement. Ability to provide best practice guidance and influence stakeholders at all levels. Comfortable working in a lean, collaborative finance team. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Project experience in both system implementation and ongoing BAU environments is highly desirable. Why This Role?
