As a Compiler/Classifier, you’ll play an important role in helping this global freight forwarder's clients move goods smoothly and compliantly through Customs. Duties & Responsibilities: Classifying and compiling Customs entries Preparing and lodging documentation with Customs and DAFF Handling queries from ABF and DAFF Communicating with customers and providing clear, helpful advice Advising clients on tariff classifications, duty rates, concessions, valuation, and origin rules Staying up to date with customs regulations and industry changes Role Requirements: At least 1 years’ experience in a compiler/classifier role in Australia Current DAFF accreditation (essential) At least 6 months experience using CargoWise or similar freight forwarding system Confident with Microsoft Office Word & Excel Solid knowledge of the Australian Customs Tariff, valuation methods, and Incoterms Exceptional customer service skills Do you want to be part of a supportive team where your expertise is valued, and you’ll have the opportunity to build on your customs career while working directly with clients and industry partners.
