Ideally, you'll bring: Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated experience processing high-volumes of invoices and working with multiple entities Able to work collaboratively in a team Previous usage of Pronto, Navision, and/or SAP Concur highly desirable Be self-motivated and proactive In this role, you will: Create new vendors and maintain existing vendor relationships Review invoices and credit card reconciliations Prepare payment run proposals Perform monthly supplier reconciliations for key vendors Process end-to-end invoicing Review and process staff expense claims Ad-hoc duties as required
