AP/Procurement Officer - Interior Design The Company We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded creative design business with a strong reputation for delivering high-end residential and retail projects. You’ll work closely with both finance and project teams, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time while supporting the smooth financial management of client projects. The main responsibilities include: Processing invoices, international & local payments, and remittances Reconciling bank, credit card, supplier and project accounts Managing freight, imports and supplier documentation Preparing client invoicing packs and reconciliation schedules Coding expenses in project and finance systems Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies Your Background As the successful candidate, you will meet the majority of the following criteria: 2 years’ AP/procurement or project admin experience Strong experience with Xero and Excel will be highly regarded High attention to detail with accurate reconciliations Strong communication and organisational skills If you are keen to find out more about this AP/Procurement Officer position, please contact Marc Dalusag at Richard Lloyd on 02 8324 2, quoting reference 9539 or click on 'apply now' below.
