The Field Sales Manager for Hubfoods is responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and overseeing sales operations to achieve revenue targets. Leading the outsourced sales team on behalf of RiseUp, you will be the primary point of contact for the Hubfoods business. What Will You Be Doing? Lead and develop your sales team - Manage Foodservice Account Managers serving hospitals, and aged care communities. We'll provide training and support to build your leadership skills Drive sales performance - Meet revenue and volume targets across your customer base Build strong customer relationships - Work directly with Distributors, Food Service Managers, Dietitians, Chefs, and Procurement teams to win business Spend time in the field - Visit facilities regularly with your team, work with distributors, understand kitchen operations, and help solve customer challenges Understand healthcare F oodservice needs - Learn about texture-modified foods, therapeutic diets, resident dining programs, and food safety requirements specific to healthcare Manage pricing and contracts - Negotiate agreements with end user groups Win new business - Identify and pursue new business, contract renewals, and opportunities to switch customers from other brands Improve product offerings - Work with customers to introduce solutions that improve meal quality, reduce waste, and meet nutritional and budgetary goals Collaborate internally - Partner with supply chain, customer service, and operations to ensure reliable delivery and resolve issues quickly Plan and forecast - Track sales trends, anticipate customer needs, and provide accurate projections to support inventory and resource planning Who Are You? You have a minimum of 2 years of sales leadership experience Experience within the Foodservice industry is highly desirable Background as a chef working within a commercial kitchen would be ideal Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client relationship management is a must Excellent sales and negotiation skills MS suite proficiency You can display a high level of empathy and you have a passion about making a difference in people's lives.
