TalentWeb is looking to speak with experienced Civil Engineers competent of running their own projects for an opportunity based on the Sunshine Coast working on large, master plan residential developments. In this role you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with Tier 1 developers. Supporting and mentoring less junior members of the team. Ensuring projects are being managed from a commercial perspective and assisting to ensure the successful delivery of the projects on budget and on time. To be successful in your application you'll have experience as follows: 5-15 years' experience as a Civil Engineer (ideally RPEQ) in Australia, preferably in QLD. Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information to clients related to large, master plan developments. Excellent project planning, budgeting, and risk management skills. Strong consulting and client management skills. Proven project delivery capabilities.
