Your New Role Coordinate the end-to-end import sea freight process, including liaising with clients, carriers and overseas agents Fostering strong relationships with clients and service providers Management of telephone & email enquiries Supply clients with import sea freight quotations Support to seafreight and cross trade shipments as required Working within this established operations team Managing sea freight job registrations, handling documentation submissions, and closely coordinating with providers to ensure the smooth arrival of cargo. Ensuring relevant certification is recorded updated and edited as necessary using CargoWise. Ensure delays are minimised and the cartage team have all relevant information to allow the immediate delivery of Cargo/freight as soon as it has been cleared What you'll need to succeed Experience in Import Sea Freight Operators, logistics or related field Positive can-do attitude working in a team Strong attention to detail Assertive and proactive approach to tasks Experience using CargoWise One will be highly regarded Hard working attitude Safety focused with an understanding of chain of responsibility Exceptional written and verbal communication.
