As a Supply Chain Analyst within our Asahi Beverages Ventures (ABV) business, you’ll be the driving force behind keeping our craft brands moving seamlessly from production to our customers. Key Responsibilities Own the Demand Replenishment Planning (DRP) process to ensure stock levels meet customer needs. Drive the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for ABV, resolving challenges and balancing priorities. Analyse supply chain performance and provide actionable insights to improve cost, service, and inventory KPIs. Lead new product launches and projects through the end-to-end supply chain. Collaborate with craft partners and 3PL providers to troubleshoot and optimise operations. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce complexity. About You You’re a natural problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. You bring: A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline (APICS certification a plus). 3 years’ experience in supply chain roles within FMCG or retail. Advanced Excel skills and confidence with data analysis. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. The ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions independently.
