We are seeking an experienced Procurement officer to join a leading aviation charter services organisation at their corporate office in Brisbane. Key Responsibilities Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries; follow up on discrepancies Liaise with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payments Raise purchase orders and maintain stock records for full traceability Monitor and coordinate local and international shipments with freight forwarders and customs officials Manage and renew technical/operational publications and IT software subscriptions Support the logistics team in ensuring purchases are correctly allocated to respective entities Negotiate with vendors and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships Handle goods receipts, dispatching, and freight monitoring What We're Looking For Previous experience in a Procurement role (aviation MRO background highly regarded) Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a small team in a high-paced environment Solid warehouse/logistics experience Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude Why Apply?
