Butcher – Generalist Rate: $43.63 per hour Penalties Start Time: 4:00am Responsible for breaking down carcasses into primary cuts, dicing, trimming and using the bandsaw Previous experience in boning and carcass break down is essential Knife Hand Rate: $41.25 per hour Penalties Start Time: 4:00am Open cartons of bulk primary cuts from suppliers, trim, and slice meat for further processing Abattoir or boning room experience is highly regarded Production Worker Rate: $37.88 per hour Penalties Start Time: 5:00am Assist with scraping meat from bones, mincing, and marinating meat products.
