About this role: This role has primary responsibility for developing and maintaining long-term positive relationships with a portfolio of key account customers to support accurate billing and delivery of a superior customer service experience. This role requires premium customer service skills, well developed written and verbal communication along with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful outcomes. What We’re Looking For: Icon Water is looking for a full time, permanent, Key Account Liaison located within the Canberra region. This person would be required to attend in-person to the Icon Water Offices or other customer locations within the ACT and close surrounds. Who we are looking for: Icon Water is looking for an articulate, well-presented person with a keen eye for detail, a solution focussed mindset and passion for customer service excellence. This person will work autonomously within a small team so must be self-driven, have the ability to proactively create and enact key account customer management strategies, have strong report writing abilities, and a demonstrated skill in negotiation and collaboration for win win outcomes.
