Position Profile: The Manager will drive strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Clinical Operations Division (COD), managing daily operations, divisional planning, and budgeting to align with departmental and government priorities. The role will support policy development, lead high-level research and analysis, and oversee reporting on performance, risk and resource use. The Manager will also coordinate correspondence, lead key meetings and represent COD as needed. This position will report to the Chief Clinical Operations Officer and will require strong strategic thinking, leadership, financial insight, policy expertise, and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
